A love letter to British favourites you grew up with (and still secretly crave). Warm cheesy scones, smoked fish, black pudding and proper breakfasts set the tone, followed by comforting classics like bubble & squeak, kedgeree, and sausage with mash. Save room for the puds — Victoria sponge, bread & butter pudding, and sticky toffee with plenty of custard and cream. Familiar, filling, and best enjoyed slowly.
