Head chef under Eric is James and Eric can usually be found with the team of chefs in our busy kitchen, during service. Here, things are done the 'Eric's' way, with our carefully chosen ingredients prepared daily from scratch, to create dishes which sing our passion for food.
Our front of house manager Sam heads the service team and is also our resident cocktail expert.
